What do you hope your aircraft will accomplish in real-world emergency response scenarios? What draws you and your team to emergency response innovation?

LIFT has worked to build HEXA to be reliable for manned flight and capable of heavy lift hover flight. We are excited to use this technology to assist first responders during natural disasters. We witnessed the widespread flooding near our home in Austin, Texas and this has motivated us. With a payload capacity of up to 400 lbs, HEXA Emergency Response will be used to deliver crucial medical supplies as well as evacuate people out of dangerous situations.
